I. GENERAL INFORMATION
This Privacy Policy regulates the information and personal data deposited by its users on the site operated by ZAP.ART, excluding all links that do not have the domain www.zap.art.br. The objective is to clarify the data that is collected, the reasons for collection and the way in which the user can update, manage or delete this information.
This Privacy Policy complies with Brazilian legislation, in particular Laws No. 12.965/14 (Marco Civil da Internet) and No. 13.709/18 (General Data Protection Law).
The site can be accessed in Brazil and in other countries. For the purposes of protecting personal data, ZAP.ART is the controller and, unless otherwise indicated, is also the processor of personal data.
II. DATA COLLECTED AND DESTINATION
The only data collected by the ZAP.ART website are the visitor's name, surname, and e-mail, as indicated in the “Register” field within the “LOGIN” tab. ZAP.ART declares that it will not absorb any sensitive personal data, as provided for in art. 5, item II, of Law No. 13.709/18 (General Data Protection Law).
ZAP.ART is committed to protecting your privacy, regarding the information indicated above, never transferring this information to third parties, unless indicated. Data collection is for the sole purpose of registering users.
The account can be deleted at any time, the user just need to contact us by e-mail zap@zap.art.br . This deletion will be done irreversibly, and in the future, the user may make a new registration.
With respect to art. 15 and paragraphs of Law nº 12.965/14 (Marco Civil da Internet), user access records will be collected and stored for at least 06 (six) months.
III. EXCLUSIVE AREA
To access the “EXCLUSIVE” area, the user must be registered and pay a subscription lasting 30 (thirty) consecutive days. Subscription renewal is not automatic and must be renewed manually by your user.
ZAP.ART informs that it does not have any access to the payment data of its users, and the “PayPal” and “PagSeguro” platforms are solely and exclusively responsible for this data.
IV - FINAL PROVISIONS
The site is controlled, operated and managed by ZAP.ART, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro/RJ, and can be accessed anywhere in the world. In view of the difference between the laws, when accessing the site, the member agrees that this Agreement will be governed by Brazilian legislation and for any legal claim, the Central Forum of the Judicial District of the Capital of the State of Rio de Janeiro will be elected, excluding any another, however privileged it may be.
The owner of ZAP.ART reserves the right to change the site and this Privacy Policy, mainly to adapt it to the evolution of ZAP.ART, either by making new functionalities available, or by deleting or modifying those that already exist, without user consent is required.
The user will be explicitly notified of the changes to this Privacy Policy and his permanence on the platform will demonstrate his agreement with the new rules, being able to request the deletion of his account at any time.
