These Terms of Use govern the use of the ZAP.ART website, located at www.zap.art.br , and provide information to its users, as indicated below. When you create an account or browse the ZAP.ART website, you fully agree to these terms. These Terms of Use therefore constitute an agreement between you and ZAP.ART.
Regardless of prior communication, ZAP.ART may review and update the site's Terms of Use, and the user must be aware of such changes and adapt.
I. USE OF THE SITE
The entire site and its content are intended for ZAP.ART users, whether they pay for the “EXCLUSIVE” area or not.

The ZAP.ART community is completely against toxic attitudes, the goal is to contemplate and respect art. Feedback is always welcome, however, comments interpreted as offensive may be unilaterally deleted by the ZAP.ART team, without the need for any prior notice.
II. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All material contained on this site, regardless of the type of media (audio, video, photo, etc.), is the property of ZAP.ART and/or authorized by third parties, and therefore protected by national intellectual property laws. and international, such as copyrights, trademarks, Internet domain names and others.
The use of any material found here or placement of the ZAP.ART brand must be expressly authorized by its owner, otherwise the violator will bear the appropriate legal measures.
Even if the purpose is not profitable, any use, in whole or in part, must be preceded by authorization.
The ZAP.ART brand was duly registered with the INPI (National Institute of Intellectual Property) under No. 914863215 , being the only holder of the use of its rights, such as name, slogan, design and other symbols capable of identifying it.

ZAP.ART is committed to respecting the privacy of the information it has access to, as explained in our PRIVACY POLICY.
IV. PUBLICATIONS
ZAP.ART's goal is always to publish new content and creations by its artist and eventual partners.
However, as it depends on creative capacity, setting a publication frequency is impossible, as it can compromise the quality of the work and intellectual presentation.
In this sense, ZAP.ART is exempt from any commitment or periodicity for the publication of new contents. ZAP.ART may revise, complement or delete information and services contained on the site, without the need to notify any visitors, past or present, in advance.
V. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The ZAP.ART website may contain links to third party websites, inserted only for the convenience of the member, such as Youtube, Facebook and Instagram. The inclusion of such links does not imply any monitoring or responsibility by ZAP.ART, being the discretion of its developers. ZAP.ART will not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses caused or related to the use or reliance on any information, content, goods or services made available on or through any third party website or links.
SAW. CURRENT LEGISLATION
The site is controlled, operated and managed by ZAP.ART, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro/RJ, and can be accessed anywhere in the world.
In view of the difference between the laws, when accessing the site, the member agrees that this Agreement will be governed by Brazilian legislation and for any legal claim, the Central Forum of the Judicial District of the Capital of the State of Rio de Janeiro will be elected, excluding any another, however privileged it may be.
VII. FINAL DISPOSITIONS
If ZAP.ART is unable to enforce or comply with the performance of any of the clauses of these Terms of Use, either in whole or in part, this fact will not constitute waiver of any clause or right.
